- The days and hours you can give each week, remembering the College of Nursing rule against working in the eight hours before a clinical shift
- Sites you already know about, and any you would rather avoid, such as the unit where you work
- Hours already logged if the course has started, and the date it ends
Certificate students can add whether a gap analysis has set their clinical hours above the 540 minimum. Post-master's DNP students can describe their residency hours and project site instead of a clinical course.

What if I live near the Georgia and South Carolina line?
Tell us your city and which side you can travel to. Students in Aiken or North Augusta can often reach practices on both sides of the Savannah River, and Georgia and South Carolina are both compact states.
